		<description>I think this sounds like a very interesting development, but would like to know more how about how it would be governed or self-regulated. Even tax havens need a level of management, to retain a reputation for quality and service.</description>

Good article. “Never let a crisis go to waste” is a great slogan, But there&#039;s another crisis that shouldn&#039;t be wasted: Not only Iceland, but also Wikileaks has to deal with a hard situation, and to think about its current financial situation. That&#039;s why the site has even locked down its service entirely in the moment: as a &quot;desire for us to to enforce self-discipline&quot; in order &quot;to ensure that everyone who is involved stops normal work and actually spends time raising revenue.&quot; That&#039;s a tough step.
