Thanks for the Publish2 mention. On the NIMBY thing, proved that this works in hyperlocal space, but works best with fair treatment - as with journalists, balanced coverage. A local environmental council started one of these here, but because of their positioning, hasn't gained much traction. Would be happy to discuss sometime.
